"Recently, we discovered a plumbing problem in our condo, which was not covered by our home warranty plan. I had promised my wife to call someone, and as I was having a quick lunch in my car prior to a client meeting, I looked up Five Star's card and gave them a quick call. Literally, within five minutes her plumbing contractor called me back, and we set up an appointment for him to send a guy out to check out the problem. The morning of the appointment, I received a call letting me know that the plumber would actually arrive early. The gentleman arrived, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate which I agreed upon, and performed the work satisfactorily.
